Applications are invited from Indian Nationals fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the under mentioned posts at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Haldia Refinery.

 

1.     Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV-(Production) (Chemical) : 08 posts (SC-01,ST-02,OBC-01), Pay Scale : Rs. 5400-10850

2.     Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV- (P&U) (Mechanical) : 06 posts (SC-01,ST-01,OBC-01), Pay Scale :  Rs. 5400-10850

3.     Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV- (Electrical) : 03 posts (SC-01), Pay Scale : Rs. 5400-10850

4.     Jr. Engg. Asstt-IV (F&S) (Fire & Safety) : 02 posts (SC-01)

5.     Assistant Chemist (Quality Control) : 04 posts (ST-01,OBC-01), Pay Scale : Rs.6300-13000

6.     Chemical Attendant-III (Quality Control) : 05 posts (SC-01,ST-01), Pay Scale : Rs.500-9800

7.     Pharmacist-IV (Medical) : 01 post (OBC-01), Pay Scale : Rs. 5400-10850

AGE LIMIT: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 30/04/2010 (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates for the posts reserved for them). Age relaxation applicable for Ex- Serviceman/PWD as per Govt. directives.

 

·        SC/ST/PWD candidates appearing for written test / interview shall be reimbursed second class rail/bus fare by the shortest route as per rules on production of tickets.

·        Applicants from Govt./Semi Govt./PSU must apply through proper channel.

·        The period of Experience will be determined as on 30/04/2010.

·        Applications without supporting documents/incomplete/not fulfilling the prescribed criteria in any respect are liable to be rejected.

Selection Methodology : Selection would be based on written test / trade test and personal interview. The candidates will have to pass successfully through each stage of the selection process including medical fitness for being adjudged suitable for selection.

 

·        Candidates except SC/ST/PWD/EXSM categories should enclose a crossed D/D of Rs.100/- (Rs. One hundred only) as application fee (non-refundable) in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. payable at SBI, Haldia Refinery Campus Branch. (Branch Code: 7090). Candidates must write their full name and address on the back side of Demand Draft.

·        One candidate can apply for one post only. Candidates applying for more than one post will not be considered.

·        Filling up of vacancies is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for appointment, if vacancies are not filled due to unsuitability/insufficient number of

candidates.

Application are invited from eligible candidates for following posts in HAL School, Korwa, an English Medium Senior Secondary School (Nursery to class XII), affiliated to C.B.S.E. imparting co-education to approx. 2100 students.

 

1. Minimum Qualification and Experience for Principal

(i). Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized Indian University. Any other degree recognized by UPSC as equivalent to Master’s Degree of Indian University.

(ii) A Degree in Education from recognized Indian University or its equivalent.

(iii) Candidate should have experience of Minimum 5 years in administrative capacity from High School/Intermediate College.

(iv) In addition, the candidate should have at least 10 years teaching experience in Sr. Secondary School/Intermediate College. 

(v) Teaching/administrative experience as above in English medium School will be preferred.

 

2. Minimum Qualification and Experience for Vice Principal

(i). Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized Indian University. Any other degree recognized by UPSC as equivalent to Master’s Degree of Indian University.

(ii) A Degree in Education from recognized Indian University or its equivalent.

(iii) In addition, the candidate should have at least 10 years teaching experience in Sr. Secondary School/Intermediate College.

(iv) Teaching/ administrative experience as above in English medium School will be preferred.

 

3. Minimum Qualification for NTT

i) Intermediate or above with English as a Subject at Intermediate level.

 

ii) NTT

 

iii) Fluency in English (speaking & writing) is essential.

 

4. Minimum Qualification and Experience for Head Clerk

i) Graduate from recognized University with at least 5 years working experience in Degree/ Intermediate colleges as LDC or on equivalent post

ii) Working Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Words shall be preferred.

 

5. Minimum Qualification for LDC

i) Graduate from recognized University

ii) Working knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Words shall be preferred.

 

Notes:

1. In addition to Basic, as per HES rules, the emolument will include variable DA, Korwa allowance, free medical facility, free education of two children in HAL School and free company accommodation.

    iv. Attested photocopies of testimonials regarding qualifications and experience so as to reach Korwa by 30th April, 2010

 

3. Candidates called for interview for the post of Principal will be reimbursed to and fro fare by 2nd AC /Bus on producing PNR No. / actual bus ticket by shortest route. Candidates called for interview for remaining other post will be reimbursed to and fro fare by sleeper Class train / Bus on producing PNR No. / actual bus ticket by shortest route.

4. The Society reserves right to call or not to call any one of the candidates & to fill or not to fill any of the vacancies advertised without intimation to the candidates. 

5. Candidates serving in any recognized institution / organization / autonomous body of Central Govt. /State Govt. must apply through proper channel. They will also be required to produce a Non Objection Certificate at the time of interview. 

6. Application without having the required details or without necessary documents or receipt after the last date will not be considered.
