Lemon and Herbs Mix Noodles

Ingredients
 

Spaghetti -  200 Grms – Boil, drain and keep a side
Olive Oil – for sauté 
Ginger fine chopped – 1” long
Garlic fine chopped – 1 pod
Green Chilies fine Chopped – 3 No.
Onions – fine Chopped – 1 Medium
French Beans, cut in to thin slices -  100 grms
Carrot cut into Juliennes -  One medium size
Cabbage cut in to Juliennes – one Cup
Chicken breast – 2 No
Pork Bacons – Shredded – one cup
Egg – 2 No.
Bell Pepper cut into Juliennes – one medium size
Spring onions – cut into Juliennes – 2 to 3 roots
Green Chilli Sauce – 1 table spoon
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 table Spoon
Lemon and herbs Sauce – 2 Table Spoon
Pepper Sauce – 1 Tea spoon
Green Pepper Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon
Garlic Peri Peri Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon
Medium Peri Peri Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon
Barbeque sauce with Honey – 2 Table Spoon
Chicken stock cube – one cube
Turmeric Powder – 2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Vinegar – 2 tea spoons 

Method 

Marinate chicken with salt, vinegar, turmeric power for half an hour. Boil and shred.  Set aside. 

Heat oil, break eggs directly to oak scramble add one tea spoon of soya sauce, one tea spoon of garlic sauce, and salt to taste, sauté till hardens.  Set aside.  

In a Oak Heat 2 to 3 table spoon oil, sauté Green Chilies, ginger and Garlic till losses colour, add Onion.  Continue in a low flame until onion turn transparent.  Add French Beans, carrot continue sauté till beans cook; add chicken, egg and bacons.   Push a side contents at the Oak, add all sauces except Barbeque Sauce mix well till chicken cube dissolve, now combine contents of the oak together to bring a well blended mix.  Separate 50% of the mix to a bowl, add portion by portion spaghetti to remaining portion of the mix at oak combine and till spaghetti become dry.  Set aside in a bowl. 

Pour back set aside portion of mixture and add Barbeque sauce blend well.  Add spring onion, bell pepper, and cabbage continue sauté for a while. 

Serving instructions : while serving pour two table spoon of Combined mixture over spaghetti.  Serve hot.
