Ingredients

2               Riped Nendra bananas (Kerala Banana) slit in to thin slices
150 gram    Gram flour (Channa Daal) 
2 tsp            Jeera 
Cooking oil for deep frying
salt to taste
 

Method 

Mix above ingredients to medium thick paste. Dip Sliced bananas, 

Heat oil in a vessel for deep frying, once oil is heated well start deep frying banana’s till golden brown.  

Serve with hot tea or vanilla Ice Cream
