Hot and sour Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

  • 450 Grams - Chicken Sausages – cut in to pieces
  • 1 Big onion - Finely chopped
  • 6 Cloves of Garlic - Finely chopped  
  • ½” Garlic -  Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies -  Slit in to two pieces
  • Garam Masala Powder – ¼ Tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder – ½ Tsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilly Sauce – 1 Tsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 2 Tsp
  • Olive Oil – 3 Tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – to taste – Finely Chopped
  • Capsicum – ½ - Cut to cubes

Method

Heat a Oak in low flame then add oil leave the oil to get heated up, Sauté Ginger, Garlic and Chillies. Add onion and fry till golden yellow.  Add all above sauces followed by Garam Masala, Red Chilly Powder.  Now Add immediately Sausages and fry till sausages cooked.  Finally add Capsicum and Coriander Leaves fry till coriander and Capsicum leave its colour.

Clean and cut chicken into medium pieces without skin. In a bowl mix curds, garam masala powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.  Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for about an hour.  Heat a non stick pan with 1 tbsp. oil. Add curry
