Fish Bake

Whole Fish (Black Promfret)    – Big as possible 

Capsicum                            – cut in to squares (Different Colours, 3 small sized) 

Beams                                – cut in to long pieces (100 Grams) 

Carrot                                – cut in to long pieces (100 Grams) 

Onion Medium                      – diced (one medium) 

Garlic chopped                     - one pod

Lime                                   - slices (2 to 3) 

Baby Corn                            – diced (3 to 4) 

Olive Oil                               – two to three table spoons 

For past 

4 to 5 Dry Red Chilies 

Garlic half pod 

Daniya whole 2 to 3 table spoons 

Zeera 1 table spoon 

Salt as per taste 

Onion (small Size)

Cut all vegetables in to dices, spread it in a baking tray, Make thick paste out of above ingredients and spread in side and above the fish, spread a bit of remaining past over the vegetables.  Keep the fish over the vegetables, spread oil, and cover it with aluminum foil.  

Pre heat oven for 15 minuets and keep the tray for baking under minimum temperature for 15 minuets.  Serve hot
